Lost & Found Office

  • (1) To recover lost items before 5:00pm the following weekday.

    For items that were left aboard buses and other cases, please contact the appropriate city bus office. For items that were left aboard subway cars, in the stations, and other cases, please contact the closest station.

  • (2) To recover lost items after 5:00pm the following weekday.

    Please contact the Transportation Bureau Lost & Found Office.
